The Philippine Society for Microbiology Mindanao Chapter is engaged in the promotion of scientific knowledge in microbiology through workshops, symposia and trainings. This seminar-workshop intends to review basic concepts in teaching microbiology; update and upgrade the microbiology teachers with the recent advancements and techniques in teaching microbiology and performing basic microbiological laboratory analyses.
The theme “Teachers’ Alert:Revisiting Microbiology Education in Mindanao” will benefit members of PSM Mindanao from the academe who are engaged in microbiology education. This seminar-workshop aims to help develop and maintain high standards of practice in the field of microbiology.
